Camp Lutherwood Oregon is looking for an experienced and passionate leader to serve as our next Director of Programs and Guest Relations! This key role provides visionary leadership for our year-round and summer camp programs, ensuring high-quality experiences for campers and guests alike. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee camp programs & staff supervision
✅ Lead guest services & retreat coordination
✅ Provide spiritual & programmatic leadership
✅ Ensure camp safety & ACA accreditation standards
Location: Cheshire, Oregon (commutable range required, onsite housing may be available)
Salary range: $50,000-$60,000
