REGISTRATION

Visit the Registration Page to learn about our registration system, UltraCamp. From that page, you can access UltraCamp to create an account, or log back into an existing account, and register for all programs.

If you already have an UltraCamp account, click HERE for the login page.

Your “username” on UltraCamp is the email address connected to your account.

You can always reset your password and UltraCamp will send a link to your email that is connected to the account. This can help you determine which email you used.

If you have further problems logging in, please contact our office: 541-998-6444.

If you are having trouble logging on and need help remembering your password, here are some simple steps to help you unlock your account:

  1. On the UltraCamp login page, there is a place to indicate that you already have an account. Click “I need to rest my password,” and make sure to say which method you would like to receive the code: either by email or text. We recommend not using texting if you are not in an area that you have cell service.
  2. Through email or text, you will receive a link that you can use to unlock your password.
  3. Enter your email address and the “Authorization Code” will auto populate from the email you received. If it does not auto populate, the code will be listed in the reset email below the link.
  4. Enter a NEW password that will be easy for you to remember, and write it down somewhere safe.
  5. Confirm the new password, and click “submit”

If you have further problems logging in, please contact our office: 541-998-6444.

PAYMENTS AND PRICING

Camp Lutherwood Oregon believes all people should have the opportunity to attend camp. We know all camp families are different, so we offer a voluntary three-tiered pricing program to better meet all financial needs. Having multiple payment options simply shows you the true cost of Camp Lutherwood Oregon programming and gives you the ability to decide how much you can pay toward camp. Consider selecting the highest price you can afford…it helps more kids come to camp!

We have updated our Tiered Pricing in 2024 to reflect the rising costs of offering quality camp programs. We have also increased the price difference between tiers to provide more options:

  • Tier 1: Most accurately reflects the “true cost” of camp. This has been updated for 2024 and reflects the rising costs of offering quality camp programs.
  • Tier 2: Slightly subsidized for families needing some support to make camp affordable.
  • Tier 3: Significantly subsidized rate through contributions from camp supporters. Choose this rate if you are applying for additional campership support from Camp Lutherwood Oregon.

Payment: You may pay in full at the time of registration, the minimum $100 non-refundable deposit, or pay something in between. If you choose to not pay in full when you register, you may log back in any time to make payments prior to the start of camp. To send your deposit by check, please choose “Mail in Payment” at check out

Payment Plan: We offer an optional automatic payment plan directly from your credit or debit card, either a one-time charge for your camp balance or monthly installments prior to the start of camp! In order to enroll in a payment plan, select “Payment Plan” under “Payment Amount” and then choose between basic and monthly.

Early Bird discounts for week-long camps.

Register by March 1st for $50 off!

Register by April 1st for $25 off!

Second Week Discount: Receive $25 off when you register for a second camp in the same summer.

Third Week Discount: Receive $50 off when you register for a third week of camp in the same summer.

Sibling Discount: If you register more than one child from the same family and household, each child after the first receives a $25 discount. The discount will be applied automatically. Discount does not apply to Mini Camp, Confirmation leaders, Women’s Weekend, or Friends & Family Camp.

We work with many churches and organizations who cover full or partial camp fees for campers. Campers need to register under their own family account regardless of who is paying. A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. If the deposit is being covered by a third party, please select “Mail in Payment” at checkout to avoid paying the deposit by credit card. Many churches send payments for multiple campers for partial or full balances and we work directly with them to ensure credit is given. If you are expecting a payment from a third party, please send a brief email after registration to the Camp Registrar at office@lutherwoodoregon.org to help us track payments coming from third parties.

CAMP WEEK

Rise and shine, it’s camp time! With a full day of non-stop fun, the camp day starts at 8 a.m. sharp for breakfast. Mornings are jam-packed with exciting cabin group activities, chapel sessions, and small group shenanigans. After a hearty lunch at noon, recharge your batteries during Horizontal Time.

Ready for more? Of course you are! The rest of the day is filled with thrilling nature activities, wacky group games, and plenty of free time to pick and choose your own adventures like archery, swimming, climbing tower and Lutherwood’s famous Gaga Ball. At 5:30 p.m. dinner is served, followed by epic large group games, themed activities, and campfire sing-alongs under the starry sky.

And hey, that’s not all! As the sun sets, get ready for night hikes, games, and sleepouts to explore the camp in a whole new way! At Camp Lutherwood Oregon, campers will have the opportunity to cultivate new skills, form lasting friendships, and enhance their self-assurance and independence.

All are welcome at camp regardless of faith experience! Youth Camp programs (with the exception of Compass) include elements of faith formation from the perspective of the Lutheran tradition. Campers are never forced to participate or pushed to accept any form of belief they don’t want to, but an exploration of faith and spirituality is encouraged for all as part of our holistic approach to camp programming.

Check-in for youth camps is open from 3 to 5 pm on Sunday. When you arrive, Lutherwood staff will guide you through our check-in process. Remember to bring all of the necessary forms.

The camp week ends on Thursday with a closing campfire at 5pm followed by a picnic dinner. Families are invited to join us for the campfire and picnic. You will be asked to RSVP on Sunday during check-in if you plan to join us for the picnic.

Mini Camp ends on Tuesday with a closing campfire at 2:30pm and departure at 3pm.

Family Camp & Women’s Retreat: Check-in begins at 4pm (dinner at 6:00pm) and ends with a closing circle on the last day after brunch at 11am.

Every effort is made to provide a safe environment for campers. We follow the highest industry standards set out by the American Camp Association (ACA) as an ACA accredited camp.

Our nurse/medic is on site 24/7 to assist with any health care needs. We will not hesitate to call emergency medical personnel if warranted. We will make every effort to contact parents/guardians immediately if any serious injuries or illnesses occur. In cases of prolonged illness parents will be asked to take their child home.

Camp allows emails to be sent to campers during their week. Specific instructions will be given to you during registration about how best to use this service. We highly encourage you to send letters by snail mail too! Please note that our mail delivery times vary each day, and we do our best to make sure campers receive anything that is sent. Emails and mail are usually delivered to the campers during dinner time each night.

Camper mail can be sent to: Camper Name & Cabin | 22960 HWY 36 | Cheshire, OR 97419

No care packages, please!

Camp Lutherwood does not have cell service. We do have full communication capabilities to stay in touch while on our site through landlines, wifi, including wifi calling, texting, and messaging. Campers will not have access to the internet while at camp.
