Congratulations on your engagement and blessings as you continue in your wedding planning! Thank you for considering Camp Lutherwood Oregon to celebrate your day. We hope the information on our facilities and options for your group is useful, but we know a decision cannot truly be set until you see the space. Ceremony Details
There are several locations on site that make a beautiful setting for a ceremony of up to 200 people. Camp Lutherwood Oregon can provide an altar, 6 ft tables and up to 150 folding chairs for ceremony use. All other table/chair needs must be rented. Lutherwood will not provide altar clothes, vestments or candles. An officiate, minister or pastor is not provided by Camp Lutherwood Oregon, but we can recommend officiates from several denominations or traditions. The officiate need not be Lutheran but please be aware of legal duties as well as social responsibilities for this person. Acquiring the proper licensing is the responsibility of the couple.

Reception Details
Receptions may be held indoors or outdoors in several locations around the site. Camp Lutherwood Oregon has 16 round tables that may be used inside the lodge only, and outdoor plastic chairs and tables available. Please inquire for a full facility item list. Lutherwood can also provide minimal catering supplies, including four chafing dishes (must provide your own sterno fuel canisters), plates, cups and cutlery. Please inquire about specific requests. OLCC licensed server only for any pouring. Tips or gratuity for the alcohol cannot be received without obtaining an OLCC special event license. Please inquire for the Lutherwood Oregon alcohol agreement and further OLCC requirements. At no time may alcohol be provided to minors on the premises.

Lodging
Camp Lutherwood Oregon has several package options for single day use for wedding ceremony or reception day, as well as lodging for nights before and/or after the wedding day. Different styles of accommodations, from full bathroom inside our Dorm cabins to our Yurt and more rustic cabin lodging are available for your guests and family. Tent space and limited RV spaces available throughout the site. Information and rates are available below. Please note, linens are not provided for guests.

Rates

Basic Package $1,100

    • Use of the ceremony space and facilities for the entire day of the wedding (8:00am to 8:00pm)
    • Two modest rooms for changing and gathering spaces (sinks/showers available upon request)
    • Use of projector, DVD player, computer hook up and basic audio set up in main lodge (upon request)
    • Lutherwood Guest Host present to coordinate facility specifics while the group is on site

Overnight Package $2,400

    • Use of the ceremony space and facilities for the entire day and night of the wedding
    • Use of reception and dance space (Quiet Hours begin at 10:30pm)
    • Two modest rooms for changing and gathering spaces (sinks/showers available upon request)
    • Use of projector, DVD player, computer hook up and basic audio set up in main lodge (upon request)
    • Lodging the night of the wedding for 50 guests (check out at 12:00pm the next day)
    • Use of Lutherwood grill, charcoal, firewood, and fire pits
    • Lutherwood Guest Host present to coordinate facility specifics while the group is on site

Ad-ons

    • Parking attendants (2 Lutherwood staff, 3 hours maximum)=$100
    • Additional Overnight Stay
      • Wedding party and attendants = $300
      • Up to 60 people: $800
    • Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi = $100 per day
      • Certified Lifeguard must be present during use (proof of certification and copies on file with Guest Coordinator prior to event)
      • If wedding party cannot provide a certified lifeguard, Lutherwood will provide a lifeguard at a rate of $20/hr with a minimum of 3 hrs
    • Climbing Tower = $20 for 2 hours (2 facilitators will be provided, no unauthorized use or outside facilitators)
      • Additional hours of climbing tower = $100/hr
    • Commercial Kitchen = $100/day
    • Alcohol fee = $350/day
      • Signed Lutherwood Alcohol Agreement, OLCC licensed server with copy of certification on file.
      • Full compliance with all OLCC regulations.
